Robert Bauserman, Ph.D.
Director, Clinical Operations

What drives me?
Knowledge and insight — identifying and gathering the data needed to understand a health issue; then making that knowledge accessible and understandable to clients and others that need it.

Robert (“Bob”) brings leadership to our team in data analysis, clinical study design, and data management techniques. Bob holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Syracuse University. His research work includes his time as a senior evaluation specialist for the AIDS Administration of the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, designing evaluation surveys for multiple populations. His research experience includes work on diet and nutrition, sickle-cell anemia, diabetes, lung disease, and more at later positions. Bob’s most recent work, prior to coming to DDA, was as a Senior Research Analyst with Social & Scientific Systems (S-3), where he served on the instrument development team, provided data analyses and database management for biological and environmental specimens. At DDA, Bob employs project management, literature review, and data analytic skills to meet client needs on a wide variety of projects.
